It starts with a man with a slit throat, and another man with an
executioner's mask and a bloodied meat cleaver appearing to be the obvious
culprit. But as the story progresses, the question of culprit and victim
becomes more and more clouded ...
It's really hard to do this horror miniature justice in a
synopsis, especially without giving away major plotpoints, but that said,
story in the traditional sense isn't at all the main focus of this movie,
as it focuses much more on atmosphere and on giving the audience a feeling
of unease, even if that also means adding some (narrative) confusion - and
it totally works, Switch sure enough is creepy and unsettling, and
definitely a short that strikes all the right chords with fans of somehow
off-beat horror!
