Teh Iron Cross Army's professor Monster (Mitsuo Ando) needs regular blood transfusions from live humans to stay alive forever, so he sends out his two Machine Bems (~ robot monsters) Skeleton Beast and White-robed Beast to get him humans to suck dry - and before long, the whole country is terrified by a series of vampire killings. Then though a blind girl, Jun is apparently spared from being sucked dry by the White-robed Beast, and Spider-Man (Shinji Todou) soon figures she must be the key to the mystery.

Spidey's right of course, Jun's father has sold himself to the Iron Cross Army in order to pay for his daughters eye surgery and has consequently been turned into White-robed Beast. Spidey now figures that he still might have enough humanity left inside him to help him in his fight against the Iron Cross Army, and he's right, when Jun's father is reunited with her, he forgets his allegiance to the baddies and helps Spidey and Jun - but is killed by Skeleton Beast as a thank you for his efforts. Spider-Man is then able to kill Skeleton Beast with the help of his super robot Marveller/Leopardon, but it's a bittersweet victory ...

The story of this episode is pretty cheesy (though there are worse in the series), but at least the monsters are fun ...
