- Xandes Garden: Ancient Macedonia: Thadeus (Ken Holmes) has
fallen to the charms of Xandes (Audrey Biernacki) - only to find
himself in her garden the next day and be rudely awakened the next day
by her husband (Richard Chandler) ... and the situation is not made
any better by the fact that Xandes and hubby are vampires ...
- Where Terror Sleeps: Carter (J. Lyle) is the only witness
that might be able to lead the police to the whereabouts of prominent
professor Warren (Michael Harrelson), and refusing to do so only puts
him under suspicion - since nobody on the force believes he has a good
reason that might save everyone's life for remaining mum ...
- Confronting Closest Creatures: There is a way to confront the
spooks that live in your closet and scare you shitless on a nightly
basis - but would you believe if a closet creature told you?
A horror anthology that originally aired on an open access TV channel -
but that doesn't mean it's bad, in fact not at all: Sure, everything's
made on a very limited budget, but neither of the segments demands mega
bucks, and what they might lack in gloss they more than make up in wit,
relying on clever storytelling and strong performances rather than pure
spectacle - and it totally works out and presents the viewer with
excellent Halloween entertainment.
