Jet Ace Chris White (Lane Bradford) ahs been kidnapped, and since he's
the nephew of the Daily Planet's publisher Perry White (John Hamilton),
the newspaper's journalists do everything to save the pilot, especially
Clark Kent (George Reeves), who's of course really Superman, and who saves
Chris just when his kidnappertried to burn him alive - yet the baddie, a
newspaperman named Martin (Larry J.Blake) doesn't yet know he has fucked
up, and Kent decides it's best to make him believe Chris has died, until
he and Chis meet and Chris can beat a confession out of Martin.
So-so episode of the series that somehow manages to give away the
identity of the villain way too soon without ever explaining his motives.
But at least Ric Roman and Richard Reeves make a fun duo, appearing as the
villain's henchmen.
