Mistress Regan (Andrea Rose) has three tales of horror to tell us:
- Ode to the Night: David (Dylan Knight) visits the graveyard to visit a loved one, but
can't shake the feeling he isn't alone there. Are there a couple
of female vampires (Marie
Wagstaffe, Patsy
Buck) waiting in the shadows poised to attack him?
Narration in this one by Andrea Dean Van Scoyoc.
- Grandma Cabre: He
(John H. Shelton) misses his grandma (Steven Chamberlain) rather
terribly, which is why he decides to get in touch with her via Ouija
board. Thing is, once grandma is summoned, she proves to be in a very
bad mood ...
- El Creepo: Having watched too many horror videos, a guy
(James Pyle) seems to see El Creepo (John H. Shelton) just about
everywhere. But just because you're paranoid doesn't mean you aren't
followed ...
Narration in this one by Rod Glenn.
Trilogy of Darkness comprises of three horror shorts filmmaker
and vlogger John H. Shelton has made over the years, some re-edited quite
a bit, all from the creepier and moodier side of his body of work - and
all three work quite well as genre mood-pieces, and they're woven together
rather beautifully to make a pretty cool horror watch.
And if this has at all gotten you interested, feel free to watch the
whole movie here:
