Five only loosely (if at all) connected stories about what happens
behind closed doors in a squeaky clean model small town:
- Student Sonia (Lu Grasso) helps her would-be boyfriend Juan (Autusto
Alvarez) pass his exam - though not the old-fashioned way but by
introducing him to a club where students torture their teachers into
submission ...
- Gaby (Cecilia Cartasegna) and Hernan (Julián Larquier Tellarini)
have sex in a motel room, which goes as well as one could want - it's
after sex they have their fall-out. But had they known they were on
the radar of a snuff film gang, they might have thought twice about
arguing ...
- A bunch of friends (Gaston Cocchiarale, Walter Cornas, Naiara Awada,
Giselle Motta, Maggie Copabianco) want to watch a snuff movie for
kicks, not knowing one of their ranks might be involved in same movie
more than ought to be comfortable for any of them ...
- Two guys (Agustín Rittano, Juan Barberini) come up with such an
elaborate scheme to swap girlfriends it's bound to fail miserably -
but not the way you might think ...
- Aquino (Jorge Prado) has come to assassinate his arch enemy, mayor
Palacios (Rafael Ferro), not knowing of course that that very day
there's a zombie uprising - and the good mayor is involved in this
rather differently from what you'd expect ...

A very interesting genre bender that's at the same time playing with
various horror tropes and serving as social commentary and political
satire, and as the stories are not only intertwined but the film also
shifts from one into the other without clear breaking point, one never
knows what one's up for and what to expect next, making this a rather
fascinating experience - which is most certainly also helped by a very
stylish and atmospheric directorial effort that includes some grotesque
imagery and gore where gore is due, and by a very solid cast. Good
macabre fun for sure!
