Unable to force earth authorities to hand over fugitives Adam (Pierre
Brice) and Shem (Gareth Thomas), Fulvia (Judy Geeson) and Octavia
(Christiane Krüger) return to their female-run planet Medusa with their
hostages, scientists Rudi (Christian Quadflieg) and Liz (Lisa Harrow). Liz
is treated with the greatest respect on the planet, but Rudi is made a
slave, like all men on Medusa. Back on earth Shem and Adam agree to
return to Medusa in exchange for the hostages on certain conditions, one
of which is that men and women should be treated equally from now on. This
is of course out of the question for Octavia, and she has pretty much come
to terms with the fact that the two men are lost forever, but Fulvia,
who's secretly in love with Adam, erroneously believes he loves her back
and takes a trip to earth through a proton storm which nearly costs her
life. When she finally lands on earth and Adam realizes why she has come
back, he can't but run away ... Campy fun, and especially the
pseuro-futuristic pop-art sets representing Medusa are great.
