At Andrea's (JoAnna Cameron) school, cars are stolen, including hers,
actually. Meanwhile, two boys (Josh Albee, Jeff Tyler) dare Cindy (Joanna
Pug), Andrea's favourite student, to break into the local scrapyard -
which, she soon has to realize, is the hideout of the carthieves (Charles
Cyphers, Frank Whiteman), and before long, they have grown wise to her and
chase her through the place. In the meantime though, Andrea has found
out that the carthieves are operating from the scrapyard, and since she
fortunately secretly super-heroine Isis, she has no problems stopping the
baddies just in time. Mildly campy and amusing, but a bit too
childish and harmless even for a children's show.
