Interpol agent Jason (Richard Harrison) has come to Hong Kong to
investigate a forgery ring run by one Bruce (David Bowles) and put it out
of business. What nobody knows is that in his spare time, Jason is a
ninja, one of the good ones, and he chases and brings to justice bad
ninjas - which is vital, since Bruce is a ninja master and all his men are
ninjas. Warren is an undercover cop who has become a male model in order
to get a lead on Albert, Bruce's right hand man - but Warren is also a man
who beds every female in his way, much to the dismay of his girlfriend
Judy and his brother David. Eventually, he even shags Lilli, Albert's
girlfriend, and now Albert wants revenge, killing her and putting the
blame on Warren. Somehow, he has even used David to that end, but now
David and Warren both pay him a visit to have their revenge, and
ultimately they kill him. Jason is finally challenged to a duel by Bruce
which is partly fought on motorbikes, and in the end, Jason defeats and
kills his opponent.

A Joseph Lai-produced cut-and-paste ninja
movie in the best tradition of Joseph Lai's cut-and-paste ninja movies:
Weird ninja magic, lame ninja fights, the lead in a camouflage ninja
outfit, massive stock footage from another film (a sex-and-crime drama set
in the model world) that has no relation to the ninja plot whatsoever, and
ninjas on motorbikes. Now of course, all of this results in a bad movie,
there's no doubt about that - but also in a totally entertaining one.
