Tierpark Toni (Wolfgang Fierek), small-time crook and nemesis of
recently retired cop "Monaco" Franz (Helmut Fischer) has just
been released from prison, and he wants revenge on Franz for putting him
there, so when Franz and his upper-class wife Annette (Ruth-Maria
Kubitschek) have guests over for her saint's day, Toni and his accomplices
Wiggerl (Carlheinz Heitmann) and Mirko (Herb Andress) slash all of the
guests' car tyres - making Franz mad enough to go after Toni and company -
not because he cares about his wife's friends but out of hurt pride. Of
all places, he finds them in his ex's (Ruth Drexel) pub - but it seems
they're not interested in any conflict, so far that they buy him drinks
and massage his ego ... the reason for this being that Toni has long
thought up a totally different sort of revenge, one that involves a girl
claiming Franz has impregnated her ... A fun episode, but not
one of the better of the series, reason being that it's a bit too
straight-forward in its storytelling and lacks a tad in the subtle
allusions and jokes the series is in all so good at. That said, there's
still plenty to laugh in this one, and it's still good and timeless TV,
just a weaker episode in an all-around rather excellent series.
