The midieval times, obviously: Samuel (Christian Ackerman) has gone to the Blue Forest and never returned, just like his father did before him. And even though his mother (Laura Henderson) is bed-ridden, her other son, William (Garrison Wood) decides to go to the Blue Forest to look for his father and brother.

The Blue Forest is an inhospitable and creepy place, and it doesn't help much that William finds more and more evidence that Samuel was here, was here but had to flee in a hurry, evidence like his abandoned sword, the map he was carrying with him ... and then a flying dragon attacks William, the same that attacked Samuel. A dragon? Well, the truth might not be what you expect it to be ...

A fun little film that plays with all the clichés that have been done past death in hundreds of fantasy movies, then turns everything onto its head in a finale that might not make perfect sense (or at least is open to heaps of interpretations), but no matter how you look at it, it will definitely make you chuckle.

To sum it all up in a word: Fun!
