It's been a while since John (Tom Young) has last satisfied his wife
Wendi (Nancy Chartier) sexually - so long in fact that she openly
complains about it to him ... which of course hits his ego, and hard, too.
But then he's struck by lightning - and suddenly he has the power to make
women orgasm by the touch of his hand ... something he's (at first)
totally oblivious about, but Wendi's friends find out, and they pretty
much start to line up to shake his hand - which freaks him out quite a
bit. But before even he knows what's going on, Wendi learns about her
husband's talent from overhearing two women talking on the toilet - but
when she tries her husband's hand on herself, she feels nothing. The
argument that ensues leads to John being kicked out of his own house - and
it only now dawns upon him what he's capable of. But he still doesn't
fully believe it until he tries his hand (literally) on a high class
prostitute (Sheri Davis) - and only upon success does he start to see the
possibilities. But even the loftiest of dreams come to naught when your
wife's still mad at you ... Though this movie's main theme (a
man who can make women orgasm instantly) might sound a tad on the raunchy
side, the film itself actually is not and rather enjoys spinning a yarn
around the basic premise than concentrating just on that. The result's
actually a charming little comedy, brought to life by a subtle directorial
effort and a likeable cast of characters embodies by an ensemble of strong
actors.
