It should have been a quiet evening for young Heather (Karina
Kolokolchykova) - after all, her family's out of town, she successfully
fended off a call from her friend to go out partying, and the TV's playing
a cheesy horrorfilm that's sure to put her to sleep before long ... but
then her younger sister Jamie (Noa Sanchez) shows up out of nowhere
claiming she can't sleep. As startled as Heather was at first, she soon
puts her back to bed successfully. And then mom calls - and tells Heather
Jamie has been with them all of the time ... Bye Bye Baby
is a very cool genre miniature that admittedly does play with genre tropes
more than trying to break new ground - but it just does that so incredibly
well and to awesome effect, while rolling all of it into a rather
compelling and original yet Twilight
Zone-esque story to result in something that horror fans, and
not only they, are sure to love.
