There are two crooks (Herbert Patterson, Joe Kirk) in town who always
stake out the banks they rob very carefully before they actually strike.
Eventually though, the two catch the attention of two bank tellers (Audrey
Conti, Lillian Hamilton), who call Sheriff Morgan (John Bromfield), who
makes a few investigations and eventually finds out exactly when and where
the two are going to strike next - and hides in the bank like a spider in
the web waiting for them. Thing is, they never show up, they have gotten
cold feet and decided to skip this bank and pay the one they robbed last
another visit. Of course, the Sheriff is called onto the scene quickly
enough by the other bank's alarm and able to apprehend the two crooks
after a short shoot-out and car chase. Very routine entry into Sheriff
of Cochise, like many episodes of the series not all bad but simply
too straightforward and simplistic to really generate much interest.
