More & more, the normally overly self-conscious homosxual Stuart (Aidan
Gillen) sees his world falling apart, most notably when his parents (Ger Ryan,
Ian McElhinney) - whom he still hasn't told he is gay - once again announce a
divorce. On the other hand he sees the mother (Caroline O'Neill) of 15-year-old
Nathan (Charlie Hunnam) - the one-night-stand who wouldn't go away - really
making an effort to come to terms with her son's homosexuality, even though
Nathan tries to avoid her. So Stuart tries to do the right thing, & he
drives the boy home to his parents - where Nathan has long run away from -, a
plan that backfires miserably, as Nathan also has a father (Paul Copley), who
isn't quite as fond of his son getting a shag from a grown-up man, & to
emphasize that, he tries tio crash Stuart's car ... Plus, Cameron (Peter
O'Brien), the new boyfriend of Stuart's best mate Vince (Craig Kelly), is not
particularly mad about Stuart's way of treating & teasing Vince ... &
he announces he will put up a fight over Vince ... Nice &
entertaining recounting of Stuart's downward spiral.
