She hasn't got the first idea how she got there, but suddenly innocent
Madison (Amber Dawn Fox) finds herself chained up in a shed, pretty much
kept like an animal. Eventually she learns she's the latest victim of Guy
(Robert Allen Mukes), a guy who just loves to torture women, often to
death, and he has made a business out of it, livestreaming it on the
internet. And when she has to witness him raping a pregnant woman then
performing an impromptu violent Cesarian, she learns he what a mess she's
in. In the next cell, Madison finds Melanie (Nailya Shakirova), a woman
who's pretty much the polar opposite of her, who has a background in
stripping and prostitution where Madison's still a virgin, and who has
gone through a lot of shit in life. Nevertheless, the two become fast
friends, so much so that Madison tries everything to keep Guy from killing
Melanie - which in turn sparks Guy's interest, as he likes a fighter, and
of course likes to torture the fight out of Melanie ... Fan favourite
Lynn Lowry plays Guy's wheelchair-bound mother. Now this is
certainly not a film for everybody, and truth to be told, you better like
torture porn to properly enjoy this one. But that said, the movie goes
beyond just portraying violence, its narrative backbone shows both a nice
build-up and some genuine heart. And a directorial effort that not just
goes for the jugular but also takes its time with the more quiet scenes,
as well as a solid cast make this one a pretty cool genre ride - but that
said, it's once again certainly not a film for everybody.
