When drugpushers Brownley (Joe Myles) and Frankie (Matt Emery) brutally
kill one of their partners (John Perkinson) and drop him into a hole, they
are spied on by deaf-mute Harley (Brad Chukerman) - and since they don't
need witnesses, they drop him into the hole as well and leave him to die -
which he eventually does. Then they make a hasty escape together with
their girlfriends (Janet Tracey Keijser, Tanya Dempsey), who shouldn't
even have been there in the first place, leaving Harley's half-crazy
sister Venus (Delia Copold) to look for him. When she cannot find them
though, she turns to black magic, resurrects Harley, and has him avenge
himself on Frankie and the girls - who have somehow been involved - by
brutally killing them, then Brownley is lured into the woods where
everything took place so Harley can have his especially ugly revenge on
him. Thing is, Drusilla (Gina Zachory), a friend of Brownley's girl who
has an idea that Brownley has killed Harley, brings the Sheriff (Garrett
Clancy) to the woods to investigate exactly then, but the Sheriff's on
Brownley's payroll, and when Brownley and the Sheriff take Venus and
Drusilla hostage, it looks as if the tables are turned on Harley ... but
hey, Harley's undead, and the undead always find a way to kill the living
- in a gruesome way. Ok independent horror feature that at
times even seems inspired, concerning its use of colourfilters, camera
angles and the like - yet unfortunately, the filmmakers craftmanship
doesn't always match their inspirations, and thus the film sometimes (not
always) falls short of its promise. Still a rather decent micro budget
effort ...
