A bunch of kids get wasted in their apartment when the doorbell rings.
And wouldn't you know it, it's Jesus Christ (Steven Newton). The kids ask
him in, because hey, he's the son of God, and you can'T very well tell the
son of God to keep out, now can you? Once in, Jesus solemnly kills the
kids, one after the other, going from room to room. One of the kids
recognized Jesus to be the hippie streetpreacher the bunch of them have
beaten up and killed in the park the other day, but it doesn't do him any
good, he gets killed like all the others. Finally, a girl manages to put
up enough resistance to overcome and kill Jesus. Then she calls the
outhorities, but when they come, Jesus's corpse is gone ... A
film that's great in concept, but the concept coesn't translate to film
too greatly: The basic idea of a killer Jesus appearing to all these
wasted kids seemingly out of nowhere to slaughter them is hilarious, and
it's executed well enough, too, it's just that teh joke turns sour way too
quickly, and even at a running time of a mere 45 minutes, the film seems
awfully repetitive before too long. Sure, the film is still good for a few
chuckles, but that's about it, and maybe the title alone is already the
funniest thing about the whole movie.
