Earth is shattered by a number of unexplicable cosmic phenomena, and
thus forced into yet another lockdown. Meanwhile, on earth, random people
start being incredibly nice to one another, as if their minds have been
altered. These two are unrelated only at first glance, because it's not
long before the Queen of Mercury (Debra Lamb) and the President of the
Federation of Planets (Daniel Krause) contact humankind to basically be
nicer to one another - or else ... Filmed very much all over
the world (Nigeria, the UK and the US, with some voice-overs from
Austria), this is a ver nice piece of science fiction that in its short
running time tends to ask some interesting questions and puts a mirror in
front of humankind at large showing it in a less than favourable light.
And as short as the film is, it really drives its message home, and one
does only wish there was more time to explore things in more depth, as the
film sure packs enough thematical punch for a feature film or TV
miniseries.
