Hope (Lex E. Rojas) has only recently been turned into a butterfly-like
being, which was a great experience initially - but now that she's back to
being human again, she wants to find out more about her condition ... but
can't find anything on the internet or even in the local library. It's
only when she visits a local "specialist", Frieda (Caitlyn
Geiler) that she finds out more about herself ...
Were-Flutter: Quest for Truth, a logical follow up to
the same team's Were-Flutter: Darkest Desire, sure enough is good
fun, for one due to its pretty hilarious premise - after all, you don't
meet a half-human/half-butterfly in the movies all that often, but at the
same time it's also a pretty humourous take on cryptozoology and the
occult. And the two actresses in the film really keep things relatable,
making this a very amusing watch indeed.
