Undercover cop Saki (Yuki Saito) has just joined the kendo club of her
school and made friends with the school council president Mitsuhi, when
three transfer students are accepted at the school and within days try to
take over the school council. Saki is ordered by her boss to watch the
three, and when Mitsuhi is attacked and almost killed and teacher Numa,
who has been looking after discipline at the school so far, is arrested
for the attack, she begins to understand why. Soon enough, the three
transfer students have taken over control of the school council, have
formed their own militia, and have expelled girls who oppose them from
school. Saki wants to fight it out with the girls but is ultiately shot at
and almost killed by their leader Ayumi Mizuchi (Yasuko Endo), a whip-wielding schoolgirl who
likes to dress in spandex and ride around on motorbikes in her sparetime. Saki
is saved and nursed back to health by her boyfriend, who only eventually
finds out she's an undercover cop, but in the meantime, Ayumi tries to
make Saki's school part of a nationwide organisation of schools that seems
to be hell-bent on doing something other than educating students ... Eventually,
Ayumi finds out that Saki has survived their last fight and now
challenges her to a duel with school council president Mitsuhi's life at
stake. The fight ends in a tie, mainly due to Saki's injuries which have
affected her yo-yo wielding arm, but she has put up enough of a fight to
make Ayumi withdraw - for now, but she has sworn to return. Fun
two-parter that provides Saki with an especially campy but quite fitting
foe in the character of Mizuchi - thank God she has sworn to return, with
a maniacal laugh even.
