The secret and evil organisation Seiroukai has hired the Kyosha Seven
to take out undercover cop in a school uniform Saki (Yoko Minamino), and
the Kyosha Seven have a pretty mean way to do just that, and that's
tracking down and giving sound beatings to everyone who has talked to her,
starting with chance acquaintances but working their way to her inner
circle. Things get somewhat critical when the Kyosha Seven hospitalize
Saki's superior in the guise of an absent minded teacher Nishiwaki (Keizo
Kanie), then take her partners-in-crime(-fighting) Yukino (Akie Yoshizawa)
and Okyo (Haruko Sagara) hostage, pretty much forcing Saki's hand. Saki's
quick to figure that the only one unaffected by the Kyosha Seven is new
fellow student Inoue, and when Saki confronts her, she proves to be
Shishi, the lion (or leader) of the group, and she has her six
footsoldiers take care of Saki - only Saki is not one who likes to be
taken care of, and Inoue's lackeys are of course are no match to Saki's
weaponized yoyo - so naturally all ends well for all involved (apart from
Inoue and company of course) ... A lively and (for the series)
meaner than usual two-parter of Sukeban Deka, that makes a
good job of keeping the tension over double the usual length by packing
the mystery into part one, the resolution plus final fight into the second
part, and the Kyosha Seven sure are some of the more colourful foes Saki
has to go up again. All that said, don't expect actual brilliance, this
one's still campy enough no matter which way you look at it - but at the
same time it's also tons of fun!
