Ofelia (Maria Eugenia San Martin) is about to be sacrifized to satan by Mayra (Lorena Velazquez) when Santo staps in, trying to save her, but instead is caught & strapped to an altar himself ... she awakes with a cry, when Elisa, who looks remarkably like Mayra (& is of course also played by Lorena Velazquez) enters the room to console her. She is in fact the secretary of Ofelia's late parents who will only inherti their fortune to Ofelia when she manages to klive in their spooky mansion for a year. But Ofelia's fiancé Arturo (Ramon Bugarini) smells something fishy about Elisa - a feeling not at all weakened by the fact that the records show her dead for 15 years - & consults Santo, who of course agrees to help. But Elisa has also taken precautions, first trying to have her henchmen fight him, & when that doesn't work, having him seduced by Medusa (Edaena Ruiz) - which doesn't work out all that well either. Still her henchmen succeed in taking Arturo prisoner & later, by trickery, Elisa can even lure Ofelia into a trap. With these 2 prisoners, she thinks, it would be easy to trap Santo as well, as she lkures him to her headquarters in the guise of Ofelia, & soon has him strapped to an altar for sacrifice. But Santo is alöready one move ahead of her as he had previously hidden a big cruzifix in the building, & once he freed himself of the chains that bound him, he exorcises all the witches & their helpers, finally freeing Ofelia & Arturo.

Unusually moody for a wrestling movie, this actually plays more like a straight horror film, building up a creepy atmosphere instead of overemphasizing on wrestling bouts & superheroics (even though the film has its fair share of both) with Santo more in the role of the investigator of the supernatural than the general Übermensch he would normally play, thus giving the plot more chance to unfold on its own - even though it does contain its fair share of plotholes. In all, great pulp-horror-enternainment !
