In the world of professional wrestling, everybody wants to make it to the top, but only very few actually can. And thos who do usually do it with the help of Mr. Reset (Jedediah Koszewski), leader of the Turnbuckle & Bone Society, which on the outside is little more than a wrestling academy, but it's secretly also a propaganda machine, using the wrestling arena as a soap box to prepare for an apocalypse of sorts. One of the wrestlers who goes through this program is Power Punch (Vincent Pacifico), whose sights are so set on fame in the arena he doesn't even notice he has signed his own wife (Carly Pacifico) over to the Society for fame in the ring. Then there's also Jamey Stanley (Nick Stuible), a righteous man at heart, but how long until he submits to the temptation of fame and fortune to sign over his soul ...

Now Mr. Reset and the Society of Turnbuckle & Bone sure isn't your typical wrestling drama, it's really more of a political thriller but told in an experimental way and sprinkled with surreal detils that the outcome feels like a fever dream more than anything else. And sure, some plotpoints get a little bit lost in the process, others could do with more elaboration, but still the film sucks one into its world of weirdness and spits one out on the other end, mouth agape.
