Juicy X claims to work at a charity for abuse victims - and yet she keeps
a naked woman (Mystery Woman) captive at her home whom she frequently
avuses sexually. But she doesn't do it just to satisfy her own sexual
needs, she has a rich Amnerican client (Elektra McBride) who not only
finances the abuse but is present via videolink and masturbates to what
she sees. And Juicy X coesn't do this on her own either, with her in the
room is a director (Guerrilla Metropolitana) who frequently interferes
with whatever she's doing and has no reservations about raping their
victim himself ... As you might have guessed from above synopsis,
The Benefactress is not a movie for everyone, in fact it
goes so far in pushing the boundaires that people might call it
pornographic - and yet, porn it's not. Sure, it has the earmarks of late
1960s and 1970s roughies and proto-porn, but its roots are far more in
underground and experimental cinema of the same era, as this is a movie
that is far less erotic than it is disturbing and in its roughness manages
to raise questions - and that's really what's fascinating about this
movie, that it has subversive qualities that will make one feel
uncomfortable while watching - and for just this reason I'll repeat, not a
film for everybody.
