'Twas the night before Christmas: A morbid goth girl (Jessee Foudray)
is driven to despair by her neighbour's (Milly Sanders) constant playing
of Christmas songs at a volume for the whole neighbourhood to hear them.
When she goes over to complain, she is shocked to see this neighbour in
such a cheery Christmas mood, being dressed as a Christmas elve, and
living in what must be Christmas Wonderland for sure. But she's even more
shocked when said neighbour tazers her and she comes to tied to a chair
with fairy lights, and the neighbour, believing she's possessed by a
humbug, a Christmas-hating demon, preparing some holiday-themed torture
routine ... A wonderfully dark and macabre Christmas-themed
comedy, based on a humour that's just silly enough to not drift off into
the moronic and a story that really sets its surprises when one lease
expects them, and carried by a directorial effort high on Christmas camp
and two thus fittingly campy performances. Big fun!
