Now the story behind the story of this movie is that the source
material for this anthology was written by a young girl, who started
writing on this at the tender age of 12, and her stories touched horror
director David V.G. Davies enough to turn them into the anthology movie on
hand - but that said, Blaze of Gory's by no means a kiddie movie,
there's plenty of blood and mutilation, sex and violence here to please
every self-respecting horror fan, and that the different segments were
made by different directors who vary vastly in style works really well for
this movie that feels like a rollercoaster ride to the best and most
degenerate (in a good way) that the genre has to offer. It's really tons
of fun!
