In the office, he spends most of his time staring at her photo on his cellphone and pretending to receive calls from her at random moments, not even noticing his colleagues are starting to talk about him behind his back for his odd behaviour, and he has grown weirdly attached to his briefcase, so much so that when two thugs (Chris Raddatz, Thomas Mendolia) want to steal it from him, he murders one of them to protect it.
