<body> <div align="left"> <table border="0" cellspacing="0" width="800" cellpadding="0" height="100%"> <tr> <td width="100" rowspan="2" background="../stylepix/square.gif" valign="top">  </td> <td width="4" rowspan="2"></td> <td width="592" valign="top"> <table border="0" cellspacing="0" width="592"> <tr> <td width="100%">  </td> </tr> </table>   <p>It's only days to go for Gina's (Viktoria Winge) wedding to Even (Anders Rydning), when suddenly in the parking garage of the office she works at, she's grabbed from behind, thrown into a van, and crowded by some hooded and masked figures - who turn out to be her closest friends (Tinashe Williamson, Julia Schacht, Marte Sæteren, Linni Meister, Veslemøy Mørkrid) who have conspired to kidnap her for a massive hen night in the country, a hen party that was to include even Gina's exes - who ultimately don't turn up though. No big deal so far, as the girls still have their fun amongst one another - and then they send Gina away on a pretense, and suddenly she finds herself on the run from an axe-wielding maniac. However, she soon figures this is part of her batchelorette party, as the girls know about her predilection for horror movies. And thus they send her on a wild goose chase that takes her through many well-known horror clichés, which actually appeals to Gina after the first shock - but then she finds actual severed heads, her exes dead and chained up in a barn, and the masked, axe-wielding killer turns out her husband-to-be Even - so somethings seriously wrong here, and suddenly Gina realizes she has to put up a fierce fight to escape what she at first thought to be a mere prank ...<p> <p>Now I won't claim that this movie is free of horror clichés - and this is really one of the key points of the movie, that it plays with genre mainstays before slowly subverting them, only to in the finale turn everything completely on its head once again.
