After years upon years, Mike (Gregg Prosser) finally dares to return to
his childhood home, after he has been avoiding the place due to a very
difficult childhood and the untimely deadh of his sister. He has brought
his girlfriend Jessica (Melissa Archer) with him, who tries her best to
help him overcome his past trauma ... that is until she learns what has
really happened to Mike's sister. What Mike doesn't know about this side
of the story, Jessica is haunted by the ghost of a burnt to death girl
(Ashley Brooke), who might have to do quite a bit with Mike's past ... Wraith
is something of a slow burning horror short that takes its time to even
let the audience know what direction it is taking - and somehow it still
manages not to lose its audience, thanks to a directorial effort that
focuses on atmosphere, and thanks to very solid performances by its two
leads. Ant the movie's pay-off really packs a punch!!!
