Corpse Hunters

A trio of corpse hunters (guys who collect lost bodies and bring them
to the morgue) lose a dead body, and from then on the morgue seems
haunted. The lost body was that of Lala, who has been run over by a
train after she tried to get help from whoever it was she tried to get
help from on the street, but nobody helped her. Soon, the people who refused to help her all
die horrible deaths that have something to do with Lala's ghost. However,
Lala also haunts her sister Anita and her flatmate Siska, and it's only
eventually revealed that she ran away and was hit by the train after
she caught Siska seducing her sister's boyfriend Andre, and now she blames
them for her death. In the finale, Lala scares Siska shitless in such
a way that she falls off a rooftop to her death, which makes Andre lose
his mind, sending him right into the insane asylum. Only after that is
achieved does Lala's body return to the corpse hunters' van she has escaped
from ... A very indecisive film that's part comedy (the
shenanigans of the three corpse collectors) and part horror (the story of
ghost Lala killing all these people and haunting her sister and friends).
Problem is that the two elements of the film don't really click, so the
sudden changes between horific and comic moments seem pretty much out of
place. The bigger problem though is that neither the horror- nor the
comedy-aspects of the film are really good, and the movie is about as
unfunny as it is unscary ... which makes it a bit of a failure, actually.
