God (Bill Fellows) has been absent from heaven of late, and he has lest
the operational side of things in the hand of Gandhy - who just really is
no fun for being just so "good", least of all to the Devil (Nicola
Bryant), who has put a lot of effort into dragging God down ... to a
modest retirement home where God just found it suitable for him to stay to
get away of it all. So naturally, the Devil pays God a visit - a visit
that goes a way nobody could have predicted though ...
Now of course, in a mere 8 minutes one can't rxpect an exhaustive
philosophical discussion on the relationshiiop of God and the Devi - but
instead, this short gives us something better. a very poignant discussion
of the validity of moral standards of any given time and the necessity but
also ambiguity of evil. And what makes this film work is its very
llight tone - despte the fact that the script hits many well thouht
through points -,, and its two brilliant leads that just play too well off
of one another to not take one in, regardless of the topic. So in short, a
pretty cool watch for sure
