A mysterious meteorite has hit earth, but at first that's completely not the problem here, at least initially. The problem is that Justin (Costa Alexandrakis) has promised his girlfriend Debbie (Elisabeth Faure) a romantic weekend, and she has even expected him to ask the question in the course of the weekend, but now they are going camping with their friends Darren (Michael Brunet) and Mia (Magenta Baribeau) in pretty much the middle of nowhere, and that Justin has the fantastic idea to take a big-boobed and hot hitchhiker, Samantha (Melantha Blackthorne), with them does not really help to lighten up things - nor does the fact that when they arrive a the campground Darren is already pretty wasted ... and eh shows quite an interest in Samantha.

Anyways, when Samantha takes a stroll through the forest, she finds the meteorite - a rather small rock that tends to glow purple every now and again actually -, touches it and immediately becomes horny enough to masturbate on the spot (no nudity here or in the rest of the film though) only to be caught by Justin and Darren - blush.

The next day, Darren is gone and the others find Samantha covered in blood. She doesn't know why, she just knows the meteorite is evil. She warns the others to touch it, but as these films go, Mia eventually touches it anyways, and becomes totally horny too ...

Debbie decides she is going to find some help (their cars don't work anymore at that time) and leaves Justin with the other two girls - who suddenly become possessed by the meteorite and become maneaters, both literally and metaphorically: First they bite Darren dead, then they fuck him ...

In the meantime, Debbie has found another woman possessed by the meteorite, who can't tell her anything more than to get rid of it for good ...

Debbie returns to teh campground just when Samantha prepares to work on dead Justin - but Debbie takes the meteorite and smashes Samantha's head in, then she sinks the meteorite in a nearby pond ...

Unfortunately, by now Debie herself has become possessed by the meteorite, and every now and again, she becomes a maneater as well. And as if this wasn't bad enough, soon more and more meteorites land on earth ...

Sweet Suzi Lorraine has a small role in this film that has nothing to do with the actual goings-on but that is nevertheless quite funny. Allegedly, whe was only written into the film at her own request after the screenplay was already written and ready to film.

Now this is a movie with a plot that sounds really silly - but fortunately Sv Bell is an intelligent enough filmmaker to realize that and he has thus filled up his film with irony and tongue-in-cheek humour on one hand, and with strong characters that don't seem to just have stepped out of a soap opera on the other, plus his dialogues are witty enough ("What's your sign ?" - "No tresspassing !") to easily bridge the film's weaknesses.

Even a confessing trashfilm fan like me can only wish there were more cheap and independent sci-fi films like this one.
