An ultra-low budget DVD poduced by an ultra-small but growing company owned and
operated by model/film maker Gwendolyn. She and other cast members have made
the rounds among horror fanfests in the midwestern USA and have started work
on a sequel.
The film deals with a couple of plots within a plot, set in the ultra-unscenic
setting of Dover-New Philadelphia, Ohio. A drug dealer is confrotned by the
ghost of an addict who died from a bad fix, vampires debate whether they wish
to continue in their bloodsucking ways or simply commit suicide by walking
into the sun or whatever. Gwendolyn, in the starring role, decides to become a
vampire hunter in the end, complete with crossbows.
The movie is not without flaws, due mainly to budget constraints . The biggest
setback is the lack of a film soundtrack of any kind. The film was also
reportedly shot with just one camera, restricting angles and such, so don't go
into this expecting Sergio Leone type footage.
