Danny (Josh Jones) is someone who's been trampled on all of his life,
by his boss (Victoria Stevens), by a gang of street punks (Matthew
Makovetz, Ryan Hershey, Dominic King), and pretty much by life itself. The
only time he truly comes to life is when he's playing his favourite
computer game where he's Tyr, God of War ... and then a voice asks him if
he'd like to be Tyr for real - and given his somewhat pitiful situation,
it doesn't take him long to say yes ... but he soon has to find out being
a merciless super-God isn't all it was made out to be ... Aggro
is a little movie that's above all else plenty of fun, its story is very
much in the vein of The
Twilight Zone, but by way of splatter-cinema, and with quite a
bit of humour attached. Plus, the thing's really good in the portrayal of
its main character, who doesn't lose his likeability once he starts to
lash out, which makes one care about him till the very end ...
