Lily Munster (Yvonne De Carlo) gets bored being nothing but a
housewife, so she decides to get a job - which sounds easier than it is,
as for most occupations she just lacks the relevant skills. But then she
crosses path with fashion designer Laszlo Brastoff (Roger C. Carmel), who
immediately makes her the star model of his fashion show - much to her
husband Herman's (Fred Gwynne) dismay, who's hit with a severe case of
jealousy. Herman thus is looking for advice from Grandpa (Al Lewis), his
creator and Lily's father, and Grandpa suggests for him to make her
jealous in return, turns Herman into a Texas playboy and himself into a
beautiful woman (Nina Shipman), and that way they pay a visit to Lily's
first fashion show - with the expected chaotic results ... A
very funny episodes that plays off the strengths of the characters and
finds a rather original backdrop for it as well. And Fred Gwynne, Yvonne
De Carlo and Al Lewis are all in top form too and are apparently enjoying
themselves.
