While taking koto music lessons at her teacher Itoko's (Sakiko Takao)
house, Hanao (Asaka Nakamura) spots Itoko's sun Yohei (Keitaro Komuro)
trying to hide outside but not making a very good job of it. When she
tells Itoko though, Itoko grows all weird, asks Hanao to practice on her
own, and leaves to find Yohei - but apparently fails to do so while Hanao
without trying seems to stumble upon him every now and again - and notices
much too late that something is not right about Yohei, and terribly so.
But once she has realized this, she also notices that now young Yohei is
coming after her ... A very nice piece of atmospheric horror
that really doesn't waste any time to explain anything away but instead
lets the mood set up things, and a deliberately slow build-up only helps
to make this all the more creepier until the very unexpected but quite
shocking finale. A nice little spooker for sure!
