Six former friends - Om (Purab Kohli), who has spent the last 12 years in an asylum, Jyotika (Mrinalini Sharma), his girlfriend who has waited for him all those years, Abhi (Sameer Kochha), Om's estranged brother, Gunita (Amruta Patki), who is secretly in love with Om, moviestar Imran (Ayaz Khan) and gangster Jaideep (Arjan Bajwa) - who share a terrible secret from 12 years back, find themselves locked in a mall the night before Christmas, and they are terrorized by a stranger in a Santa-outfit who kills them one by one until only Om, Jyotika and Gunita are left standing, and the terrible secret is revealed to the audience: 12 years ago, Gunita was raped by Jaideep, and when she wanted to shoot him in self-defense, she actually shot and killed Jyotika, for which Abhi quickly blamed Om ... and yes, this means Jyotika isn't even really there, she's just a figment of Om's imagination, and to prove that to Om, Gunita fires a shot to where Jyotika is supposed to be standing, a bullet which Om nevertheless catches for her, still convinced she's real. Then Santa slaughters Gunita ...

Against all odds, Om has survived Gunita's bullet meant for Jyotika - or maybe not against all odds, since Om himself was the maniac in the Santa costume, and he was wearing kevlar when Gunita fired her shot. Thing is, the cops don't have the trace of a clue inasmuch Om's invovlement in the mall-killings is concerned, and in his mad brain, he happily spends the rest of his days with Jyotika.

For the most part, this is just another by-the-numbers slasher with weak characters, predictable shocks and an at best skeletal storyline. It's only towards the end, when the characters' past story is finally revealed that the film starts to get a life of its own, and actually, the ideas that are the basis of the finale are pretty original, too, especially since according to genre rules, Om and Jyotika are expected to be the couple to survive the ordeal - which they do of course (sort of in Jyotika's case), but in a very unexpected manner.
