Wheelchair-bound Eugene (Ron Litman) was conceived when his mother
(Ruth Collins) was raped by Siamese twins (Lonn & Sean Wade). After
the death of his mother, he was brought up by his aunt (Penny Arcade)
living on the streets. When his aunt is killed though, he just freaks out
and starts killing normal people. After a while that's no longer
enough for him, and he turns to a mad scientist (David H.Sterry) who
develops a serum that turns normal people into street bums. Eventually,
the king of bums (David H.Sterry again) grows wise to Eugene's killings,
and he confronts him with this - only to be killed himself. However, the
minions of the king literally tear Eugene apart in the finale. You
know, I would have loved to like this movie for its politically totally
incorrect subject matter. However, the film is just too bad, and the
obvious lack of budget is actually the least of its problems, nor does the
fact that it hides its lack of gore effects in particularly clumsy editing
hurt too much. What really destroys the movie is that it was quite
obviously intended as a comedy, yet the director totally lacks each and
any comic timing, and he is not helped at all by a bad script and lead
actor Ron Litman, whose idea of comedy is obviously to shout and stutter
his lines. That the narrative flow of the film is repeatedly interrupted
by striptease performances doesn't help much either, but considering the
film's poor writing, these performances are actually a bit of a relief. Better
avoid this one.
