Wesley (Kim Adams) is a best-selling author ... who has hit a rough
spot, he has got a deadline to meet and suffers from severe writer's
block, which is of course only increased by the pressure he's under - and
then, without warning, he finds the diffuse ideas he has had over the last
few days turned into a brilliant novel - ghost-written, as it turns out,
by Satan (Lawrence August) himself. But Satan wants more than just
Wesley's soul in return, he wants Wesley to become a ghostwriter after his
model. Months later: Isabelle (Stephanie Silva) has hit a rough spot
with her novel and ... A well-made short that tells a nice
story with a twist ... and yet it fails to totally hit it off. Basically
the twist fails to be wholly surprising while the whole thing lacks a
proper climax. That all said, it's still ok and even likeable genre
entertainment, it just falls several feet short of being a masterpiece.
