Jett (Jett Bryant) is the leader of the Impalers, an especially brutal gang of bikers who have died but been revived and rendered immortal by Dr. Marco (Paul McComiskey), as long as they get their daily serum. For that they have to abduct monsters and sexy girls for the doctor - no idea why monsters, but Marco needs the sexy girls to find the perfect body for his daughter Edna (Madeline Brumby), who has committed suicide back when, but whose head the doctor has managed to keep alive. Also, she's Jett's girlfriend. Thing is, the doctor has an assistant, Klaus (Laurence R. Harvey), who wants to get his hands on the doctor's serum to bring back the dead out of greed. So he foils each and every one of the doctor's plans, and even gets another biker gang led by Val (Tristan Risk) to take out the doc's bikers. Suffice to say, chaos ensues on all levels.

Ellie Church plays one of the kidnapped girl the doctor keeps, the one who manages to escape her cage but doesn't manage to make it out of the doctor's place until it's much too late.

Now you might have guessed it from my synopsis already, Frankenstein Created Bikers is not a movie big on subtlety - quite the contrary, it makes being loud its business and really piles genre clichés onto its story without much distinction ... and this is one of the movie's strengths, actually, it's a mad mix and it knows that it's mad, but at the same time it doesn't take itself seriously at all and treats its blend in a playful manner, putting 1940s style monster and mad scientist elements right next to 1970s biker mainstays and bits of backwoods horror, at the same time paying hommage to Russ Meyer, Roger Corman and 1980s style gore movies. And the cast seem to uniformly have the time of their lives acting out the craziness, which translates onto the screen rather beautifully. Now true, the movie could go with half an hour running time cut off as some bits are just a bit repetitive, but it's still bound to be a joyride for all genre fans.
