For years now, Audra LaCombe (Lynn Lowry) has been making a good living
for herself speaking with the dead. Of course, she can't really speak with
the dead, she's just good at faking it. But hey, nobody can actually prove
she's not speaking with the dead, now can they? Well, none of the living,
no, but there are still the dead she claims she has spoken to, who send
her Carrie-Anne (Anne Postell), posing as one of her customers, who makes
sure the dead have her way with her. A tad skeletal on the
narrative side, Divination actually works just because of that, it
comes to the point really fast, delivers its punchlines when necessary and
features quite a bit of action in its short running time. And above all,
it's real fun to watch. By the way, part of Hillbilly
Horror Show - Episode 3.
