Michio Kurahashi (Kazuma Suzuki) is suspected to have killed & beheaded 4 women, but he has disappeared, so both media & an angry mob have directed their attention (& anger) to the home of his mother & his sisters Satomi (Hitomi Miwa) & Kaori (Hijiri Natsukawa), & even the police won't help them against the hassling of journalists & upright citizens, as the cops believe the women are hiding Michio somewhere.

Only Satomi has taken it upon herself to do something, & she hires a psychic investigator, Mamyia (Yoshiko Yura), who with her assistant is supposed to help them find both Michio & the real killer - as Satomi thinks Michio is innocent.

Mamyia even succeeds to raise the spirits of the 4 victims of the killer in a seance, & figures since they have all been beheaded, let the spirits find the heads & this will be a lead to the killer ... valid idea, but from here it starts to get ugly: Touma first seduces mother Kurahashi, then rapes Kaori - with her mother's help, no less - & when Satomi runs off in shock, she accidently kills a cop who follows her with her own (dormant) psychic powers. However, she also finds 2 FBI investigators, Narimoto (Hiroshi Abe) & mad Lucy (Tomomi Kuribayashi), who promise to help & watch over her, suggesting even that Mamiya might have something to do with the killings.

When Satomi comes back to her home however, she is forced to have sex with a freshly killed cop, with neither the FBI agents (who claim to be unable to enter the house) nor her mother & sister (who watch with joy) helping her.

The next day, Satomi kills all the reporters camping outside her house with her psychic powers, then they head off to the hut where the headless spirits have found their heads ... & here it becomes apparent that not Michio has killed the 4 women  but his mother & sisters ... & he has even come to the hut himself, with the families of the victims, so they can have their revenge on the spot ...

... & here the film has somehow lost me: Once Michio has started the manhunt on his family, he switches sides & defends them fiercely, not even shying away from killing those he himself has encouraged to the manhunt, & in the end, while mother & Kaori Kurahashi are dead, Michio & Satomi have killed all the pursuers, & now Satomi confesses to Michio she is pregnant from him, her own brother - who eventually turns out to be only her adopted brother -, & they have sex on the spot ... but are suddenly shot by Mamiya.

Touma meanwhile rapes Lucy, who has just been scalped (!) by Mamiya, but then they are shot by Narimoto, then an UFO lands & Mamiya is blown away by some missile.

The end.

Another of these horror-gross-out-comedies, that is much to preoccupied to be disgusting & over-the-top to even begin to realize ist potential. The end product is a mish-mash of psycho-horror, genre parody & media satire with some perverted sex thrown in just for good measure, that becomews more & more directionless the further it proceeds - so much so that the ending makes no more sense at all &, apart from the characters, has no connection whatsoever to anything that has previously happened in the film.
