Susan (Sarah Alexander), who has just invited Steve (Jack Davenport) for dinner
at her place rather accidently, by chance meets him in a pub, where she
overhears her co-worker, the somewhat weird Jeff (Richard Coyle), giving
him foreplay tips. Sally (Kate Isitt) meanwhile turns down an invitation
by Patrick (Ben Miles), only to learn immediately from Susan, his ex,
that he has an enormous penis ("Some men are born lucky, & some
men are born very lucky." - "& what about Patrick ?"
- "Tripod."), which makes her reconsider, even though he turns
out to be a Torie (normally a definite no in her book). To add to
all possible confusion, Jane (Gina Bellman) introduces them all to her
new boyfriend Howard (William Scott-Masson) - who is a declared homosexual ("That's ok,
I'm bisexual myself."). Later, at Susan's place, she promises Steve
that they will have sex later on, just to relieve his tensions, but
instead adds to them by always making remarks about Patrick's long penis
and her vibrator. And at the pub, Sally is torn between her good
intentions of never dating a Tory & the rumours of Patrick's long
penis, so she wants to force Jeff to go to the toilet with him to give
her a first-hand description of Patrick's penis. Freaked out, he gets a
phonecall from Steve, about to have sex, who wants Jeff to go to the
toilet with Patrick to give her a first-hand description of his penis.
It all ends in premature ejaculation.
Finally a show that treats topics like penis-size, vibrators,
premature ejaculation & homosexual Tories in a very frank, open
& extremely funny way. Great episode.
