Raina (Danielle Cormack), the mind controlling foe of Cleo & the
girls (Jennifer Sky, Gina Torres, Victoria Pratt) already seen in Mind
Games, is back on the job,
more treacherous than ever. She now convinces Hel & Sarge she can
communicate with the evil robots of the surface (the bailies), &
soon promises everyone involved (including Voice, the computer-voice in
Hel's head that gives the girls the pointers) that she can make peace
between human & machine, everyone that is but Cleo. But fortunately,
Voice, before being mind-controlled by Raina, made some precautions
& gave Cleo the trigger to a bomb implanted inside Raina's body, so
when everything seems already lost, Cleo - having to fight the
odds when being tied to a chair - presses it. Very mediocre episode
spoilt further by another bittersweet ending, having Cleo toss a phrase
you would only expect in an overly cliched Marvel-comic ("Does
Voice really think I'm up to it ?"). |
