Burlesque dancer Crystal (Crystal Swarovski) invites three fellow
dancers, Olivia (Olivia Bellafontaine), Polly (Adria Lang) and Dolly
(Stephanie Paris) to her and her brother John's (Timothy Whitfield) house
to practice some new routines undisturbed. Now that's very nice of course
... except for the fact that Crystal and John are totally bonkers: Ever
since John has caught their father shagging his sister and has killed him
for his sister's sake, they have an incestous relationship - that involves
lots of sex. And that's their normal side! Their not-so-normal side is
that John's last date is lieing dead in his garage, and that dead
burlesque dancers are popping up everywhere Crystal goes ... Click

So ok, Burlesque Massacre might not be
the most intelligent movie ... but so what? Heck, this film is called
"Burlesque Massacre", so basically it gives you a hint
what to expect - and in terms of nudity and killings, the film almost goes
out of its way to deliver. But that said, Burlesque Massacre is not
just a piece of sleazy violence, it does manage to add a few new details
to the tried-and-true slasher formula, shows humour in all the right
places without ever becoming moronic, and is stylistically a welcome
throwback to grindhouse fare from the 1970's ... oh, and it's fun, too!!!
