You are playing the title role in the short Cannibal Blood Girl (to be featured in the upcoming anthology movie Theatre of the Deranged) - a character that's pretty, let's say, bizarre. How do you even approach such a role as an actress?

Scary looking :) Being covered in blood made me feel very much like Carrie from the Stephen King movie.
Lol.

Quite obviously, Cannibal Blood Girl is not the most serious of films. So how could you relate to the film's brand of humour?

I like that though. And I think that is the trend right now. I think others with enjoy the humour of it also.

A few words about the actual shoot and your director Creep Creepersin [Creep Creepersin interview - click here]?

He is super cool - and very creative. The shoot was lots of fun - very messy :), but everyone was having a great time shooting it.

How did you get involved with the project in the first place?

Through a friend of mine, James Cullen Bressack [James Cullen Bressack interview - click here]. He had cast me in one of his movies also.

Speaking of (Theatre of the Deranged-producer) James Cullen Bressack: You were in his Unmimely Demise right before making Cannibal Blood Girl . What can you tell us about that movie of yours?

It's great!! :) I have fake sex with a clown ... and get drowned in a box, lol. All in one movie

How did you get involved with that project, and a few words about James Cullen Bressack?

I met james on a social media site, Twitter. He is a very easy to work with director and lots of fun. I enjoy shooting with him. And I'm happy he is giving me a chance in his movies.

Of course, you are (so far) mainly known for performing in adult movies. So how does starring in mainstream movies differ from doing porn (and I know this might be a stupid question), and do you plan on doing more mainstream acting?

I love it!!! :)

I've done quite a few now, also starring on 2 Showtime series :) I have also done 1 other mainstream movie, that I enjoyed working on.

How did you get into porn in the first place, and is there anything you can tell us about your first shoot?

I started of as a dancer and model, then went on to some girl/girl and solo porn in the UK. After enjoying it, I wanted to come to America and shoot over here - and never left :) That's how much I enjoy my job - it's fun. My first shoot here in the US was with Mr Marcus, I was sooo nervous, I don't think I made one sound. Haha!

Career highlights so far, and must-see Sophie Dee-movies?

In Psycho Love 2 I did a DP with Lexington Steele and Rocco Siffredi - that was crazy!!! So def worth checking out. Then for sure check out my own movies, directed by me!!! Under http://clubsophiedee.com.

I'm sure horror fans visiting my website will love to hear something about your movie A Wet Dream on Elm Street - so you have to talk about that one for a bit?

That was cool!! Even though I'm not into that movie, I still enjoyed shooting it. I also did the Exorcist porn remake for Brazzers - that was scary shooting, it gave me nightmares, lol. I think I did good on that

Your website was nominated for several industry awards - so what is it that makes it special?

I'm very active in it. I update 2 times a week, have weekly-like webcam shows. I do alot of soft / gg and solos on the site, that normally you don't see on me.

Future projects you'd like to talk about?

Nothing really big right now ... but I have some things in planning.

Actresses (or indeed actors), pornstars, other people who inspire you?

Not so much now.

Since this is a film-website: Your favourite movies ... and of course, films you really deplore?
