Your film Atomic
Brain Invasion - in a few words, what is it about?
What gave you the initial idea for Atomic
Brain Invasion? And what can you tell us about your co-writer Guy
Benoit, and your collaboration as such? Atomic
Brain Invasion draws quite a bit of inspiration from 1950's alien
invasion drive-in cinema. A genre you can at all relate to, and some of
your genre favourites? Setting a low budget film in the
1950's - what were the challenges, and how easy/difficult was it to find
the appropriate locations, props, costumes and the like? How
did Elvis
sneak into the story, and what does he mean to you, personally? You
just have to talk about your aliens (the monsters, not the groupies) for a
bit! And how much say did you have in their design, and what can you tell
us about effects work on your movie as such? What can
you tell us about your principal cast? How would you
describe your directorial approach to your subject matter at hand? What
can you tell us about critical and audience reception of your film so far? As
far as I know, you have made quite a few movies since Atomic
Brain Invasion - want to talk about any of them in particular, and
what keeps you going at such a steady pace? Any future
projects you'd like to share? Your/your film's website,
Facebook, whatever else? Anything else you are dying to
mention and I have merely forgotten to ask? Thanks for
the interview!
