Dale: Hi
David, thank you for doing this interview.
David:
Hey, it’s my pleasure
Dale: So
tell our readers a bit about your company Punished Brats.
David:
Well, just to be clear, Punished Brats
Productions is a partnership
between me, Pixie and Eric Blair-Brown. We are a spanking video production
company that specializes in discipline spankings. We shoot the videos that
we’ve always wanted to see. Initially, this was mostly my vision. I
wrote most of the scripts. Now, Pixie and Eric contribute at least as much
as I do. We are much the better for it.
Dale: How
did you become involved in spanking? Is it one of your personal desires?
David: To
be honest, spanking was an interest of mine for as long as I can remember.
I attended a private school in suburban Philadelphia. I gave my first
serious spanking to a young lady on the football field of the school. I
pulled down her panties and spanked her bottom red. We were both fourteen.
She was totally into it. What a great memory. I’ve been into the lifestyle for many years now. I started out in
the scene as an eighteen year old submissive. There is nothing that I do
to anyone that I haven’t experienced myself. I’ve been a top for
many years now. I’ve had some relationships that were totally based on
discipline and spanking. I’ve had brats and submissives who asked me to
provide guidance. When they would step out of line a spanking would ensue.
The discipline may be quite severe, but it is always done with love and
caring. Gee ... I’m sorry ... I do ramble on don’t I ?
Dale:
Just a bit (laugh). So tell me, is there much of a market for spanking
erotica?
David:
Sure is! There are many more people into spanking than you would guess.
That nice couple next door may be into spanking. Actually, spanking
erotica has always been part of popular culture. How many spanking scenes
can you remember from classic films?
The Bad Seed, McClintock and Blue Hawaii come to mind.
Dale: You
produce, write and act in many of your productions. Is acting your
favorite part?
David: In
a way, I suppose it is. I’m really not one for playful spanking. By that
I mean I need a context in which to spank. Spanking for the sake of
spanking does nothing for me. In our productions I spank pretty brats for
bad behavior. I do find that very satisfying. It’s really a role play.
Dale: Do
you have a hard time coming up with ideas and stories for your productions?
David: Truthfully, not really. We have a lifetime of fantasies to draw on. Our best material is based on real life experiences.
Dale: How
much is scripted and how much is ad-libbed?
David: Well ... we know what we want from each story. Sometime we need
specific line delivered to get there. Most often we improve our way
through a story.
Dale:
Aside from the films you have a website with free photos, right?
David:
Well that’s sort of true. Each photo set is from a video that we shot.
We are in the process of re-designing our site. Soon, http://www.PunishedBrats.com

Dale:
Where do you find most of your models?
David:
Well last year I was truly blessed when this cute little blonde girl
contacted me. This cute little girl turned out to be Pixie. She is a
unique talent. While being completely cute, she has the capacity to take
the hardest of spankings. Pixie was the base upon which we built our
company. Today, she is considered one of the world’s top CP stars.
Some
of the girls we work with are true stars of the medium. Sierra Salem,
Leia-Ann Woods and Genesis are all top performers with large fan bases. We
shot Sierra in Hollywood; we flew Leia in from London and Genesis from LA.
We also use local talent as well.

Dale: Are
the girls really into it or is it just for the money? Maybe a little of
both?
David:
Truthfully, if you are not into spanking there isn’t enough money in the
world to get you to do this. At least not how we do it. We like to shoot
our spankings with no breaks. We screen to be sure we are getting girls
who are into spanking.
Dale: Do
you have a safeword so the recipient doesn’t get hurt by accident?
David: We
do use a safeword. However, this is mainly to allow for a scene to be
stopped if we exceed a model’s pain tolerance. We never do anything that
could result in real harm to anyone. A red bottom is the worst that
happens.
Dale:
Have you ever thought of producing an outright sex film?
David: I
can honestly say that will never happen. In fact, you will never see a
sensual spanking on our site or DVDs. We shoot videos that feature
spankings of a disciplinary nature.
Dale:
I’ve noticed in your videos that the girls start out getting spanked
over their clothes, then with pants down then naked. Is this a specific
pattern?
David:
(Laugh) Ah. You caught me. Actually, we start over a clothed bottom, and
then spank over panties and then a bare bottom. We’ve never done a fully
nude scene. This sort of scene serves two purposes. Many fans like to see
a spanking start over a pair of tight jeans and progress to a bare bottom.
Other times, we are shooting with a model whose bottom is red from taking
a spanking in a prior scene. So,
we need a way of explaining why the girl’s bottom is red.
Dale:
What makes your products different from other fetish materials out there?
David: I
think we at Punished Brats
have a unique vision. Every spanking is given
in context of bratty or bad behavior. We spank hard and true.
Dale: How
would you defend critism that would surely come from the religious right
wing types in America that your videos encourage violence, make people want
to sin and degrade women? How would you answer these critics?
David: I
will say that I offer no apologies for my lifestyle. In no way do true
practioners of the disciplinary arts degrade anyone. Everyone is there by
choice. There are as many women in the scene as there are men. I think
that respect and love are essential components in any spanking
relationship.
Dale: So
do you have any future shoots planned?
David:
You bet. We shoot at least once each month. Our next shoot will feature
fan favorite Beverly Bacci and a lovely new girl named Emily.
Dale: Now
I don’t want to start a problem but do you have….
David:
Yes..Pixie is my favorite spanking performer. In my mind she is the best
in the world. She and I have a wonderful on camera chemistry.
